By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to our terms and conditions
CARERS
Carer (CONCESSION) must be accompanied by the full paying adult or child they are caring for. Please email evidence of this to admin@thamescon.com before the day of the convention.

STUDENTS
Students must be in full time education and show student ID on entry.

FOOD & DRINK
You may not bring food into the venue unless you have a medical condition that requires you to do so. Food will not be available to purchase at the event but the venue is situated on the Kings road which has many shops and restaurants. You may bring a drink into the event in a sealable bottle or flask.

GUESTS
All of our special guests at the main Saturday convention will be available to sign autographs and most will also do selfies. Some guests will charge for this and others may be free of charge. Prices will be announced nearer to the event date. Please note guests will not be signing on the Friday or Sunday events.
BULLYING, HARASSMENT & ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
We have a zero tolerance policy, if you are behaving in a way that is inappropriate or antisocial you will be asked to leave.

REFUND POLICY
All Tickets types are non refundable and non transferable. We do not offer ticket upgrades for this event.
COVID POLICY
We will be inline with the current government guidelines in England. As it stands we do not require mask wearing .We will not require proof of vaccine to enter the event. If you test positive for COVID and can't attend the event we will not be able to issue you with a refund.
