EXHIBITOR/VENDOR TABLE
A standard pitch includes a 6ft x 2.5ft table plus two chairs. The pitch is roughly 2m x 1.5m.
PRICING
A single pitch: £100 includes 2 exhibitor passes,1 table, 2 chairs.
A double pitch: £180 includes 3 exhibitor passes, 2 tables, 2 chairs.
EXTRAS
WIFI: £5.00
Returning vendors get 10% off plus free WIFI.
PARKING
As this is a central London location, there is no onsite parking. There are several car parks within the local area. Vendors will be permitted to stop at the back of the venue to offload merchandise.
WHAT DOES A VENDOR PASS GIVE ME ACCESS TO?
A vendor pass gives you access to the main Saturday Convention. At the main event you will be able to access all exhibits, meet the special guests, watch and/or take part in the Cosplay competition, watch any non ticked talks and take part in any of the free workshops.
WHAT CAN I SELL?
Anything you think is appropriate for a fantasy market. We like variety :)
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?
We aim to confirm your spot within 7 days with an email. We will then send out a 14 day invoice. If you need longer or would like to pay in instalments, not a problem! Just reply to the email to let us know.
GENERAL TERMS OF USE
All Vendors & Artists must have their own public liability insurance. All Vendors and Artists are responsible for making sure their area is clean, tidy and free from hazards. All rubbish/waste MUST go be removed at the end of the event. If vendors are seen using the bins provided for attendees they may be fined by the venue. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event if we feel they are acting in a way that is inappropriate or harmful to others. All pitch fees are non refundable. Set up times are to be strictly adhered to. Vendor passes are non transferable. All items sold must adhere to laws pertaining to copyright and consumer sales. Thames Con Events reserve the right to change or update timings at any point before the event if deemed necessary. Vendors are not allowed to bring their own backing tables.

10.30am - 5:30pm
SET UP AND BREAK DOWN
Set up is from 8am and break down is until 8pm.
VENUE
The venue for our main convention is Chelsea Old Town Hall, a Grade II listed old Victorian building located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Full address: Chelsea Old Town Hall, King's Road, Kensington and Chelsea, London, SW3 5EE
